Alright with request notes on how do you do that. I decided to put forth a Tack Removal Tutorial.
Download of course to get the full view. Please follow deviants rules of usage for stock and brushes. Stock Image used belongs to Cyborgsuzystock [link] In the finished manipulated horse image credit needs to go to ALiceFaux [link] for hair brushes.
